At the helm of McEwan Global is Brad McEwan, a seasoned corporate attorney with over a decade of legal and strategic experience across the infrastructure, energy, logistics, and technology sectors. Before founding McEwan Global, Brad served as Senior Legal Counsel at one of the world’s leading solar energy developers. There, he advised cross-functional teams on a broad spectrum of commercial agreements critical to project success, including transportation and warehousing contracts, transformer and module supply agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts, M&A transactions, debt financing, equity financing, and real estate leases for utility-scale solar projects. His legal leadership helped enable the efficient development and execution of high-value renewable energy assets across the U.S. Brad’s broader legal career includes roles at some of the nation’s most prestigious law firms, where he structured and negotiated M&A transactions totaling more than $10 billion in value. He has counseled Fortune 100 companies, institutional investors, and high-growth technology firms on governance, compliance, and cross-border operations. A magna cum laude graduate of Howard University School of Law, Brad began his career in financial oversight at the National Basketball Association and the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. Today, he draws on that financial and legal foundation to lead McEwan Global’s mission: sourcing, coordinating, and delivering critical assets and infrastructure — enabling projects to launch and operate in stable and complex environments.
